Parking sensors problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Polo, let me explain. I have front and rear parking sensors. When I reverse, the rear buzzer stops beeping and the sound comes from the front buzzer. The same thing happens when I move forward the sound now always comes from the front, and the radio shows an approach image. Everything works. I did a scan and it shows "5F control module incorrectly coded," but the last time I made changes is in the history, it was in 2023. Could you help me? Thank you.
