Sunroof creaking

Hi All
Had my edition 50 now for just under 4 months and I’ve noticed the sunroof rattling/creaking really bad when it’s closed. I’ve only had it open about 4 times since I’ve had it due to crap weather!!
It’s terrible over rougher ground which is nearly every road where I live.
Is there a known fix for it as I assume it’s not a normal noise? I seriously cannot live with it like this!!
Also I’m getting a vibration/metallic rattle that sounds like it’s coming from underneath the car around the front passenger footwell, usually happens when accelerating and the revs are around 1.5-2k. Any ideas?
I had similar in an up gti and It was the heat shield, could this be the same thing. This car seems really poorly built compared to my 2022 polo.
