Intermittent Fault Codes

I just bought my 2004 1.4 FSI Polo, and it has some intermittent fault codes. After driving for a bit, it develops a misfire on cylinder 3, which causes a fault with the NOX sensor. If I cycle the key, the problem goes away. I can clear the codes and drive for a really long time without it happening. I cleaned the coil pack today, and havent had either fault since. Is there anything else I could do short of replacing it, or anything else that could be the cause?
