Carb maintenance

Anyone know a good website for advice on carburettor tuning and maintenance? I'm having terrible problems with all three of mine, it'd be nice to be able to get one working and tuned up properly but I really don't have a clue...

Well.. that's the first time I've ever hit under 30mpg... 29.9mpg recorded this afternoon
I've put my original carb back on which runs ok but isn't very economical.. should be putting at least 34mpg out though... and I think I've found the problem with the current one - the jet is blocked up so badly that it's actually spraying in two directions at once at the moment. I guess cleaning that out can be my project of the week..
I could still do with any relevant websites though, if anyone has any ideas?
