On My Polo If Im Going Slow And I Press The Brakes or Dip The Clutch So As To Stop, My Revs Dipp Below Idle Point And My Car Goes To Stall And Then Picks Back Up Again And Then Repeats The Above All The Time When Slowing Down.

What Could Be The Problem?

throttle body problem.
use the search function on this forum as this problem as come up many many times.

aye i had that problem, i just took the airbox off, wipped off the throttle body gave it a clean with some petrol then put it back on, problem solved!
