cos i've never been on before but can anyone please tell me how i put my pictures in my signature?

assuming your pictures are already uploaded (if not try
www.imageshack.us, too upload pics)
login and go to profile top left go down to where it says signature and put the link for the image in between [img]---here---[/img]
