ooooh im up for a bit of that, mines pretty sweet at home, heres what my setup is like in work, where i am bored sh1tless.

Plenty of pens !! haha but the cisco phone i have is cool, ive got a Homer simpson wav as my ringtone at the moment, and the bloke opposite me has Chewbacca from Star wars haha!

A fine collection of crap:
Hifi system bodged together from components off ebay. Picks up interference from my mouse, monitor and hard drive and makes some interesting noises out of them.
10 year old 33.6k modem that I'm having to use until we get broadband (tomorrow hopefully..)
Massive bar of dairy milk which I've eaten half of in the time it's taken to make this post
Bill Bryson book which I read whenever I get bored, usually because the computer's crashed
Head gasket that I'm too lazy to fit on top of the scanner
Pile of work I'm meant to have done but havent, interspersed with various bits of speedometers
Waitrose overtime dates scribbled on a deli paper bag, stuffed behind a german golf gti postcard and held up with a small horseshoe
Nice relaxing beach/rocks/sunset poster
Del Boy van poster

Need to clear it up a bit really.

Box of tissues and FHM mag (dont get the wrong idea!)
Clutter free! (other than the glasses which have gone now

I think it needs tidying a little....i'm just too bone idle to start though.

OK, this is my desk at work a couple of months back, I now have a nice shiney black Dell desktop with a 17" TFT and the existing 19" monitor you see in the pic (Dual screen, i'm so greedy! But thats my priviledge for working in IT, all the latest stuff). Oh yeah and at the moment it is a total mess since I come back off holiday. I'll post another pic when I can! :



This next pic is of the Fire system we have in the server/machine room that went off when I was in there 5mins after they finished installing it with each bottle extinguishing at 2000PSI . I've never moved so quick in my life!

LOL so they do!

Except I have a snazzy wireless keyboard and mouse now at work, which is so cool and it P****s of all the users that see it when they have their standard Dell beige ones!!!

Yea i noticed most of us share the same taste in keyboards.

edit: from left to right, diablo 2 cd which I still play! now linked up to our 2nd pc and powerbook for some 3 way action. Spare cordless mouse, trax 2004 ticket, random stuff, melys CD, keyboard mouse, 1/32 scale civic type r, random pills, marker pen, baggies, speaker, random bills, scales, pens, shell top trump cards.
