Alarm problem

Hello guys,
Having a few issues with the Toad C3 alarm i've got the polo.
Here is the basics of what happens:
Arm the car and the alarm sets the ultrasonics fine. But it try's to lock the doors and flashs three times which indicates that a door is open.
Lock the central locking manually with the key, arm the alarm (still get the 3 flashs for a open door). But then disarm the alarm and it opperates the central locking to open unlock the doors. Which is fine
Something is not right (wiring wise) as the alarm has also gone off while Jo has driven the car.
Anyone got any ideas?
