Hi there
i ordered some clear front repeaters the other day but i forgot to ask if i needed orange bulbs. Are the bulbs in my mk4 clear at the mo and just give amber shine as a result of the reflectory bit ?

They should be supplied with appropriate bulbs when you get 'em. Normally orange ones, for that smashing "fried-egg" look
If your standard front repeaters are all-orange in appearance then they'll probably have white bulbs inside IIRC. Better check on that one, I'm not 100% sure

once you get the bulbs if they are orange they look a bit crap behind clear lenses.. you might want to get some silvervision bulbs.
They're silver coated glass which are 'hidden' behind the clear lense but will flash orange.

Yep, you can get the silvervision bulbs from pretty much any car parts store, even bigger halfrauds stores! About £15-20 and they look ace
