Jus looked out the window and saw my poor Polo freezin' its ass out there.

Well not literally but there was frost on the roof and spoiler.
Which brought me to a thought of this topic.
Is there any tips/guides or anything I should do or be aware of during this freakin' cold season of the year? In terms of the car's engine etc.

drive slowly till the engine warms up. bout 80% of engine wear ive been told that happens when the engine is cold.
wash wheels at least 1ce a week. salt on the roads cause corrosion....actually it was not really good timing to get new wheels at this time of year, but as long as u take care of them... ull b ok

i wash mine regulary and just use water and a sponge.... u may need, say a toothbrush to wash between the small spokes of the spoke (if u know what i mean).. i dont have this prob..
sometimes i use soap (car shampoo) but not all the time just incase i leave sum behind and may lead to corosion.
hope this helps
