blue light dash thing

i'm still claiming to be a n00b here (cos i am)
i'm sure i've seen a pic of a blue light dash conversion thing on here
or at least mention of it
i used to forum search thing but cant see any obvious posts about it (but there are probably some)
whats involved in doing it?

Does it all still dim down like the std lighting?
No red needles tho...... I'm sure someone else has done it with red needles

Looks like UK clocks to me
- 140 kph would be pants
- The mileage is reading in miles not kms

they are later clocks 98> and it means slodering little l.e.ds on to the pcb. but if you've got pre >98 then its case of remove filters and replace with coloured blubs/twist fit l.e.ds i've nearly fininshed doing mine white lighting & red needles

(only green...)
where do i get the appropriate LEDs?

lol the fact that its in german scares me away from doing it - some how makes taking my dash to bits more intimidating
