Sorry to post in here but I hopefully need an answer before halfrauds closes!
I've just bought a Blaupunkt Valencia MP34 as a stop gap until after xmas. All the connectorsare the same but looking on the blaupunkt website says I need this connector
Does anyone know the equivilant from halfrauds???
The website also says something about it being over 80 watts. Can anyone advise pretty please with sugar on top? I'll send you sweets!

from wot i can see it is telling you that you need an ISO lead, most headunits require these to connect between the unit & the original wiring.
if you go see Halfrauds & tell them about the type of unit that youve got & the type of car itas going in then they look up a 'magic' wee book & it lists the no of ISO cable needed. They will either get it off the shelf or order you 1. Think they cost around £10-£15
Hope that helps, if not ignore everything i jst said.......

Thanks for the advice fellas.
Aparently it's because VW only provides one power source and mose HU's need two or something.
Anyway stupidly I allready had the connector as the little tea leaving.. erm... "young lads" were kind enough to leave it behind when they wrenched my Alpine so it's all working now.
Argh, Blaupunkt. It doesn't sound so bad actually but I just can't afford to go spending stupid cash on a top stereo at this time of year so this will have to do untill the new year!
Thanks again for the help.
