ive a 1.L e 2000
last wk i was driving and my boot open warning light came on
i had a look at it but cant see any probs light is going off when it is closed and it locks ok .
it has since went off and on and on and off a few times since
anyone else have sim prob

have had this happen before, the rear wash wipe pipe may be split or disconnected meaning that the lock may have got wet, best thing to do is make sure nice and dry and see if it makes a diff.

ill try that out i have had some prods with the rear wash jet

same has just started happeneing on my mums car

too cold for me to have a look at it at the moment

yup happens with mine too
if its raining cats and dogs it blips on the dash then comes on, when it dries its fine, its something i've never got round to fixing mainly because im lazy
