Hi RJ22!! Well....I think it's depend on every person...In my case I finished the work on 25 min aprox. The pedals are easy to fit with an screwdriver, just to help squeeze the cover into the pedal itself (after removing the black cover from factory), it's one of the easiest mods you can do on the Polo!

I'll update the first post with new pics of the scirocco steering wheel and BlueGT cluster, with the Bluetooth module also fitted and working. Also this weekend one new mod is comming...

Hi all!!

After some time off-line and without doing any mod to the Polo, I've invested some money on my little boy and added this...:

Image

I know, doesn't say much...right? Well, it's the OEM aerial for FM/GPS/GSM...and it's the first step for the big (for me at least  ) mod...it's quite obvious, a RNS 510! I'll upgrade my RCD to the nav version early next year, and adding the OEM aerial will ensure perfect reception! It took around two hours, but worth it! :D

That's everything so far, if anyone is interested on a RCD510 , contact me! Like new and in perfect shape (no scratches or marks on the screen), perfect for those who have the basic 1Din unit and want a good an OEM upgrade! :)

bye!

Hey!! Finally got some time to take a few pics of the last mod for the Polo... :D . As seen in the last photo (aerial changed), I've added a new function to the car...it's the RNS-510! :D :D

This one with a route active on the screen:

And how it's showed on the instrument cluster:

Map zoomed out:

The instrument cluster shows a digital compass when there's no active route:

And now I also have the HDD available as media input :)

New mod comming in the following weeks...and a few more along the year :D

Thanks both for the comments :D

Well Martin, I also have/use the BT option but less frequently...usually I have a 16Gb's memory stick attached and I tend to update the content quite frequently :D.

Ciclo, you're right...with the upcoming mod the Polo will improve a little bit more! And with the others mod planned! :)

Another update!!!

A big thanks to Ciclo, without him this mod would have been impossible! You're the best! :D

Installed the Eibach springs Pro-Kit! Lowered the Polo -25mm front and -30mm rear! Now the car looks much much better and in terms of handling the Polo gains more stability on corners and roundabouts. Totally comfy on rough surfaces or dealing with potholes , really happy!

This week I'll receive some parts for the next mode (also thanks to ciclo for providing half of the parts) and I hope to mount the mod on the weekend. Byeee!!! :D

Looks great, really like the Shadow Blue, shame it isn't available on the new 6C!
