Finally got round to doing this...........

Bought her back in oct and just signed up to forum and get meaning to start thread

bought her standard just some coilies and lupo wing mirrors

few pics
First photo of her just parked at home (well grans house) just got of motorway couldnt wait....

also a few pics i took through the winter weeks got bored and had these lying around throught why not for a photo opp (just for sh*ts and giggles)

As you can tell just a tad too big and rubbed on arches

After looking at the forum and some of the BIG GUNS ofthe Polo Gti threads thought bout time i pull my finger out and
start work on it

First was led side lights.........

After looking through my phone at the pics thought id have to start on engine bay so off to halfords.....

Sanded down rocker cover as sun was out but didnt want to take it off (yet) so just sprayed were i could and the end result

Quick clean of the HT leads and end result......

think it came out well to say it was my first time.......

thats all for now just bought bumpers for smoothing as didnt want to take car off road oh and looking though some of the threads of some
of the great Gtis had to steal one idea just couldnt resist looked too cool and unique (Sorry Trotta) bought a TRS Tow Strap

What Ya Think????? good/bad comments welcome also suggestions for best method for changing colour of b pillars paint or vinyl :evil:

Glad you will be changing those wheels they look far too big, nice wheels though.

haha mate i know they didnt look too good just got bored put two on one side for the photo looked very "corsa" style
moved it forward on drive and couldnt even turn them ha ha :D

Haha sorry but that larl GTi looks so funny one those 18's.

Minus the wheels looks like a proper minter. Liking the engine cover!

Wrap the b pillars and a pillar and c pillars otherwise It will look odd I reckon, my thread has my interior in and it's worth a look for ideas on retrimming the headlining etc....

The wheels work well the big ones I like em lol...

Cheers guys ive started the thread now so promise to keep updating it next steps sort smoothing of bumpers by end if april and pressed plates

Nice ride. I'm jealous. My was wrote off 2 weeks ago and was stripped and sold. Liking the lights.

Whatever colour GTI you have is always the best, you wouldnt buy it otherwise 8)
