The have EDL as standard. Its not traction control as such. ESP was only available as an option on the continent.

Really? I can spin one wheel no probs, I know theres no diff lock in the mechanical sense but I've never witnessed any electrical intervention

But 14 years on look what has aged better.. certainly not the Peugeot....

You notice it most in icy, snow conditions. Can hear it quite clearly too.
