Most of the locksmith dont want to cut those type of carkeys and some of them reject to do your own key only they do if they provide the key. Do you think it is very difficult to take out the transponder from the original key.. i have read that is glued... is nail polish a solution in order to release it easier?

It should work fine. There's a cutout in the flip key housing for the transponder.

I want to do an upgrade from the standard key to the flip Fob. I will be happy just to use it manually releasing the key from the fob.. at least looks loads better that the boring key that comes with the Polo 1.2 60bhp.

But finally i did it with the original VW antena doing the swap of circuit inside following the brico.
