Drive between 1800 and 3000 rpms when the engine is cold.
When I said that you must avoid low revs I wanted to say tha don't drive during some min driving in some gear between 1000 and 1500.
That things are driving habits from my grandparents or the maniacs that think that they are saving money in ...

And If you want a new car you can wait for the new polo GTI, it seems to be great. I have read that the would have two new engines: 2.0 FSI 150HP / 2.0 TDI 140HP.

I agree with DES PD TDI, the only fault is the MAF an I have my polo with 70000 Km (43750 Miles) and I it doesn't give me any problem. If you respect the car service (I recomend you to do it in VW official service until you lose your car warranty) and avoid high rpms when the engine is cold.

You will see two red lines in the speedmeter, if you never exceed these marks you will take real care of your engine, but it ...

It`s easy.
In a polo 9N you only have to retire the part that is fixed to the central console. Is fixed by 4 pression clips, 2 in front and 2 rear near the corners of the piece.
Then there is "something like a clip" ( I don't know how do you say that in english) that fixes the knob to the other part ...

The Eibach springs from vw votex are good and you will feel it but I recomend to you to start thinking in change the shocks. Because the springs are lower than the dispalcement of the shocks, and they will start to work badly.
I mounted the eibach springs in my polo an it has the sport suspension ...
