All of which cost around £450 (ouch).
Now, a new problem has arisen, my steering is off ...

BlueGT ongoing issues, what to do?
I could do some advice as to whether contacting the dealership that I bought my car from and outlining the problems that have arisen over the 2-year course of owning it will be worth the hassle.

Re: Blue GT 1.4tsi 150ps flat spot
Okay, turns out the possible cause is because of the Turbo Wastegate Actuator not having enough grease around it, causing it to stick momentarily. The solution is to either get a garage to remove and regrease the part or to have a completely new part installed. I'll carry on driving with ...

Blue GT heated seats retrofit
Has anyone had heated seats retrofitted? Not sure whether to contact a main VW dealer or consider going down the aftermarket route with a company such as Motormods...

Re: Tyres unusually loud after rotating?
Some people say it's best to rotate tyres for even wear, others say leave the best tyres on the rear. To be honest, I'll swap my wheels back over tomorrow and consider going for Goodyear Eagle f1 Asymmetric 5' all-round once the front Dunlops wear till around 2.5mm. They're fantastic tyres in terms ...

I get what you're saying, however, the arrows on each tyre are pointing in the correct direction

Re: Tyres unusually loud after rotating?
Yes, I swapped the front and rear left side over first, then did the front and rear right side as all of the tyres are directional.

Tyres unusually loud after rotating?
Just brought my rear tyres to the front and put fronts on the rear on my BlueGT. Now the two front tyres seem noisier, might be because of the extra tread? Torqued all wheels to 120nm so they aren't overtightened. Tyres are Dunlop Sport Maxx RT all round, which in my opinion are noisy anyway ...

Managed to achieve 64mpg today, drove like an OAP though
. 90% motorway, 10% town. Still, very impressed!

Blue GT uncomfortable seats
Does anyone else have trouble getting comfortable in the seats? No matter how much I raise or lower the 'sports seats', I always end up slouching. Thinking of sadly trading in the car at some point next year if I can't fix the issue with some sort of cushion.

Blue GT 1.4tsi 150ps flat spot
2nd gear, floor it: Boost, slight flat spot between 4k - 5k rpm then back on boost again. Anyone else been having the same issue? Is it anything a remap can't fix or shall I leave it?

BlueGT 2014 fan for radio - noisy.
Doesn't matter whether the head unit is switched off or on, there's a small fan that's making a rather annoying sound. It can only be heard when the engine is switched off. Would it be worth pulling the fuse for this fan, or would the head unit simply overheat?
