The outlook for Saturday is very good. Sunday is so so with some rain.

Yeah. Pissed off that I'm not travelling the furthest now. hehehe. I'm reckoning on about 8 hours with stops. It's a bugger to get there. No direct motorway. How long's it going to take you? Where do you cross the water?

And I'll be the one on the stand with Scottish plates. Doesn't quite stand out as much though as front yellow plates.

I'm on several breakers lists throughout the country for a GTi interior and not one has turned up recently. Essentially you are waiting for someone to completely write off a GTi and they're not very common cars.

£135 + VAT I was quoted from VAG but you can pick them up new from as little as £35ish!! There was a guy on ebay recently selling several. I bought one from him. I can put you in touch with him if you can take the spoiler back for a refund.

How the hell do you work them in Mk6s? You push them to eject them just like in the Mk5 but I can't put them back again! Broke yet another one today in the VW showroom. Still not managed to put one back in successfully again without breaking it. That's 3 broken so far....

I find I sometimes have to lift the clutch to get it into reverse. Also there is a sort if know mans land which is sort of in gear but sort of not! Lift the clutch there and crrrrnnnnchh! EXACTLY what I get in reverse the whole time. Had that since the car was new. The car's had it checked out by V...

They're not as deep as you would expect from Recaro but they are made by them.

And I think the rear light mask looks good. Granted that is a very up close pic of it in a very rich colour. Can see how it can look a little 'in your face' there.
