Had excellent help here before so trying again, the part supposedly sits below the left headlamp and it’s job is to connect the front bumper to the left wing. I have replaced the left wing, about to replace the headlamp and fit a new front ...

Update. Supposedly fixed when attempting to fix another issue... playing around with cleaning random plugs inside the bonnet. And I mean random, I checked diagrams and nothing I touched seems to be connected to the wiper systems. Weird. Fully fixed.

I’m attempting to fix faulty wipers. I’ve been told the bcm is probably faulty, however now with new wiper stalks on there’s loads of warning lights coming up on the car.

Do the wiper stalks need to be coded to the car? How about the motor? If not, Is it best to replace the original motor and ...

No, I do not have any , just 'real' money ;) (one could argue the difference between crypto and real, acknowledged money).

I can only speculate, but it might have burned an internal circuit. Cold temperatures often come with moist inside electronics and that combined with high currents (like a stuck windshield wiper) is a bad combination

But it might as well be something else like a corroded plug or ground point ...

My uncle who’s a mechanic and working on the car, I assume he does. Is there anything specific to look out for? He’s so far been unable to diagnose it, and he’s a pretty good mechanic (lol)

I have the same model except 2010, and recently replaced the middle silencer and back box (pretty much whole exhaust) - all of these parts are pretty easy to find online mate, it’s the 2010s that are a headache as they changed a lot of parts from sept 09
