Ok guys, I went in a VW center

1) about the radio, it's dead, probably the problem is the temperature, some bga chip are dead, like previous model of Xbox 360, same defect.

2) about the cruise, probably I have to charge the part outside, I don't know the english name, but it's the one for the ...

6c stalks are known to fail but usually the moving hinge and it's electronics fail. So that could explain the failed cruise.

Or cruise has failed due to an error in the ecu, dsg or abs. That's possible as well. It might be completely unrelated to your radio.

I suggest to have your error codes ...

The cruise stopped to work same day of radio, so I think they are linked.
However, in the next days I could try to chech the errors.
