A racing event also known as a cruise?

I can't remember racing circuits looking just like streets - unless it's Monaco (and it doesn't look like Monaco to me!)

if you actually knew the scene properly its not actually a cruise, we have that before the racing then take a select few down to race to keep numbers down and detection minimal :P

Not sure of the inns and outs really. But it involves revving your engine in neutral and getting close to the limiter before taking your foot off. I thought it was just tuned g40s that had the kind of fuel usage to cause flames out of the exhaust on overrun, but it looks like tuned GT's can do it to. I dare say though that its not big or clever, but it is a show tradition.
