My latest issue of Performance VW just arrived this morning! Just like to say congrats to bart for getting his car AND himself featured! Well done bart you might be able to get a few birds with that add! :wink:
Car looking good! Also seen you mate fabian has a full feature with his 9N! Nice aswell! Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I was well impressed, just not had time to sit down and read the article, damnit!

Looked like a good show as well, wish I didn't miss it, damnit! ha ha ha!

I had that very same problem, there are two newsagents around where I work that stock it but they never have it on the day that it is published and I end up trawling between the two...how annoying!

Thats 2 months in a row for the cleaned boys! A full feature each time and also a whole feature on cleaned!!! Sweet! Hey I hope bart plugged UK-Polos as much as he could he he. My paper boy always delivers my mag to me no problem. If your news agent cant get it then just subscribe to PVW, would save alot of hassel. Also while on the subject of PVW has anyone ever noticed at the back it has a web page section? It tells you of different websites for VW part, clubs etc.. It has uk-mkivs.net porka, but no uk-polos.net! Anyone want to email them? We should be there too! :D

You're probably right, I've noticed it not being there but if they have included it thats great!

Hopefully this should increase our members list and should mean we have a wider range of members all each contributing and sharing information and ideas...

Has anyone got a copy of this month's Performance VW magazine? The last issue said this month's would be out on July 9th... WH Smiths are still stocking the old one... nowhere else round here does it!

Time to subscribe methinks...

I was just about to subscribe online but firstly i thought id work out the cost, its actually more expensive to subscribe then it is to buy them individually... is this right????

its definately cheaper to subscribe.plus no worries about not finding it in shops,sometimes get a free gift etc

:shock: :shock: :shock: Wow I thought my hotmail accout was lying to me there. But no its actually right this post has been resurected from 4 MONTHS AGO!!!

Anyway nevermind that! Dont worry Last night I was thinking the same thing and your right I havent recieved my copy af this months PVW either. Maybe they have had alot on cos it always says at the bottom (subject too....) which is always quiet funny! Nah they probably are all out sunning themselves and dont give a s*1t about us really. Taken our money and run Ha ha good on the old PVW boys. I'll update you if I recieve mine!

actually, it say june 9th! i think they made a bit of an error there!

i got the calender and it says 14th july for the issue i think! 8)

sorry I haven't been on this site for ages :) busy with other stuff such as girlfriends, having fun and ordering a new passat :P :)

Going to london for the xtreme wheels event was a good choice. One of the coolest meetings I've ever done. You english are great. Only not that fun driving around in london centre with my car.. man that was stressy :lol:

Elliot from PVW wanted my car in the magazine for a full feature too but before he could take pics I decided to sell the polo and go for a new car, something bigger. (he wanted to take pics on a show in belgium but i did not go because we were braking apart the airride)

But the car will be in vwspeed and vwscene in a few months. They took pics of the car in Austria, Worthersee when I was there. I wanted to be in PVW most of all, but wanted to sell the car even more. I was surpised nevertheless to get that much attention with it.
Fabio's polo is beautiful too isn't it. I really love it!

Anyhow, still driving with my polo now (but without the airride, wheels, ..) and waiting for the new passat to arrive in october, which is a hell of o long wait :cry:

Have fun you guys. You only live once and have to really make the best of it 8)
