Gear knob split

Can anyone help me and tell where I can get a new gear knob and gaitor for my 1996 Polo. Also how easy is it to remove the whole assembly and replace with a new one. Nothing flashy, just need to get sorted ASAP.

p.s - your polo is a mk4 nt a mk3
