Post by Virtigo »

Thanks for your help!

Hi Virtigo!

The spots you're after, you can find them from breaker's yards, on Ebay, or, your best bet, VAGParts (there is a bit at the bottom of the main forum where you can enquire for a price for the parts you need).

I'm sure the guys here who have done the upgrade will set me straight if I miss anything, but if I remember rightly the wiring loom is already present for the fogs, tucked behind the bumper, so you need the foglights, new plastic grilles to house them, and a new switch to turn your lights on with from inside the car. The new switch is required because to turn on the foglights you pull the switch one click towards yourself, then a second click to engage the rear fog as well.

Hope this helps - welcome to UK-Polos by the way! :D
