yeh if your takin off the rear shock

1 : remove nut from inside the car FIRST!!!!!

2: jack up the car and the shock will come from the chassis at the top.

3 : undo nut at the bottom of the shocker and your done

:) easy as that on the back

the fronts are inserts if your lowering and a bastard to do.

lowered mine -70mm in 45mins :D

Excellent, thanks for that.

I had a look in the haynes manual last ngiht and it seem much more technical in there, but i think i'll go with this method, nice and straight forward.
