Poor VW Service cannot be tolerated

Had the clutch replaced
Had a new steering wheel column/airbag slip ring fitted
Having radiator fan replaced as part of a problem with Climatronic

The whole thing has been a complete farce. Have now had my car back ....but they had it for so long that they forgot to do the job I originally brought it in for.

That said I'm still not convinced by the diagnosis on my Climatronic.

Its got to the point where I'm now finding it really amusing how unprofessional and shoddy these people are with absolutely no regard for customer care.
