I have just purchases the following backbox for my beast.

Rage. MS-EX11 SS-EX11

How did you all go about cutting your bumper as ive got 16v bumpers.[/url]

you can use a hand saw and carefully cut a bit but personally i wouldnt cut a bit out of my 16V bumper! The exhaust should fit sug under the bumper...

which ever option you choose (cutting it out or leaving it behind) you need to make sure that the exhaust has some kind of ventilation so the heat doesnt blister the paint of the bumper. this happened to my mates rear bumper on his polo, and it got so bad that he had to buy a new bumper.

a jigsaw works fine on the plastic 16v bumpers. get a nice fine blade and it just cuts through easily. I left a 10mm gap between the edge of the bumper and the exhaust tip.

youll probably find a dremel multi tool very invaluable mate,,i did.
