10"subwoofer box

hi, thinking of getting a standard bass box nothing fancy just a 10" 450w
sub box. Would I have to get and amp? and change my speakers?

Yes, you would need an amp to power the sub

You could leave the speakers running of the headunit, or re-wire them into the amp

Does your headunit have a line-out, this is needed to go into the amp
