thanks for the comments so far.

the exhaust has been on the car since around Feb time, but when i clean the car i always wax it, (even if it has to be done in the garage) and i do the wheels and exhaust tip too, as it makes them shine n makes it much easier to remove road dirt etc next time its cleaned!

I wasn't sure about the idea of black badges on a dark green car, but it totally works. Very tidy!

thanks, i think its a bit different, as lots of polos have either the silver VW badges or are debadged, which i personally don't like.
You use wax on the exhaust tip aswel? I've got the exact same shape and I find it awkward to clean
i suppose it is a little bit awkward, but im a bit obcessive about my car anyway, so i dont mind spending time cleaning/polishing it etc! all i do withit is rub the waxing cloth over it once ive finished, then wipe it off afterwards, helps keep it clean and shiny, which i like

I know what you mean. I just do mine lightly every couple of months. I found that after waxing it a couple of times it makes it easier to clean so you dont have to apply that much pressure anyway.

thanks for all the comments so far, dragon green is by far the best color IMO

i kept the mudflaps on because it helps keep the car cleaner, especially in the winter months., but i think it looks 'beefier' too!

the wheels are 15" devil high-join alloys, wrapped in 195/45 uniroyal rainsports, with spacers on the rear (10mm i think)

crystal clear headlights and jetex induction kit on the way aswell 8)

im contemplating changing my car in the not-so-distant future, and i was wondering what would be a realistic price to ask for it?

it is a 96 1.4 CL with 82k, sunroof, 3 former owners (incl. myself), full s/h (mostly VW) and all receipts, full t&t, 15" alloys with brand new uniroyal tyres, 40mm drop on apex springs, jetex induction kit, full s/s exhaust system, uprated alarm (bonnet and boot sensors). interior is spotless (no rips/tears/burns) and is regularly valeted with autoglym shampoo, bodywork is in very good with no scratches or dents etc (few stone chips on the bonnet however). black front and rear vw badges, mk5 rear lights, clear front indicators & side repeaters, mk5 side strips, chromed and color coded rocker cover.

Any help would be appreciated, as im abit unsure at the mo :?
