indicators

i may have mentioned this before but my indicator flashes 3 times if i just move it up or down and not actually click it on.

BUT on my brothers gf's polo that doesnt happen

it just does the usual flick on and off if you move the indicator slightly.

her's is an 03 (i think) model, mine a 52. was this feature removed by vw for the later models? but i know the mk5 golf has the flash 3 times function and that came out on 04 i think.

Mine's an 03 and flashes three times if you move it slightly, could be something to do with the spec level?

dont think spec level matters...

mines an 04 plate and it has it

It can be turned on/off with VAG-COM I think, so it might be worth getting it to a dealer to ask them to turn it on.

Programable via VAG-COM.

Heres things dealers can change:

- Door opening (1 or all) on one or two clicks
- Unlock alarm beep.
- Lock alarm beep.
- Auto lock
- Auto unlock
- Flash lights on lock
- Flash lights on unlock
- Steering heavyness

Mine has that. Again, as already mentioned probably something that needs to be enabled via Vag-com.

I just joined the site and was reading through posts, didnt realise how old some of these were when replying!
