OFFICIAL TATTON PARK VWNW SHOW INFORMATION THREAD

Hey everyone

I got the passes through yesterday.

There are 10 in total.

You can't even drive down the lane to the trade entrance without displaying a pass in your window (police rules), so we're going to have to meet up somewhere nearby to hand out the passes.

We've been told that if we want a good spot (instead of being stuck in a crappy corner like last year), that we're going to have to get there early.

Last year we met at the garden centre on the road to tatton park from Knutsford. I think we should do that again this year.

Morning Meet up point

Meet up point - Fryers Cafe/garden centre
Located - A50 just north of Knutsford Town centre
Time - 7.45-8.00am

Coming from Knutsford the cafe/garden centre is located about 2/3 of a mile from the town centre on the left.

From there we will travel the short distance to the show ground (using the trade/club entrance)

Well that wasn't bad was it - apart from the Sun not shining and the rain threatening for most of the day...

On the way out of the show with MintySE the Marshalls decided to send me right on exit from the showground instead of left where everyone else had gone (I was at the back of the queue), leaving me exiting Tatton Park in seemingly the middle of nowhere and not knowing where I was so I followed the signs for M6/B'ham and ended up taking the scenic route through Alderley... Chorley... Sandbach... Congleton... before winding up where I wanted to be, on the M6!! D'oh

Nevermind, good day, and good to see everyone in the flesh and put some faces to the names and the Polos! And I'll try and make an effort to clean my engine bay for the next show I get to

Great pics mate

I won't be posting mine up after all, as they haven't come out very well at all on my phone I need to invest in a digital camera!
