lads perspective!!!!
I know this seems totally random for this website but I need help from a lads perspective and theres plenty of males on here lol.
So here it is.....
I tried to get rid of a boyfriend but I'm a chicken when it comes to talking to people and he's not getting the message he's totally not in to cars and totally into football which theres nothing wrong with but its just not my kinda guy. However he's madly in love with me and no matter what I do it doesnt put him off.
HELP.....please

Hey,
Do anything, APART FROM say "I'll always love you". That line really gets on my man-jugs
Just say you aren't really compatible, and you aren't happy. Tell him you're happy to be mates and make sure you tell him there's no-one else replacing him yet. 'Cos that's just harsh.
Anyway, how long have you two been together?

Option 3:
The Traditional
Send him a letter. It sounds daft, but seriously, you can write down all your feelings and not be as harsh as in txt format. Write him a letter and send it first class telling him how you feel and how you didn't want to say it to his face because you didn't want to upset him.
It's not as cowardly as "Ur dumped" by text, and shows more thought and consideration for his feelings.
It's your best option.

haha you don't know his address? Serious then was it? :p.Jillwilson wrote:I never thought of that but there's just one catch I'll have to hand deliver it cos otherwise he'll guess when I ask him his address lol.

In all seriousness, the letter sounds like a good idea but whatever you do just tell him straight, being told straight might be bad but it's a million times better than being made to look an idiot for a sustained period of time only for the outcome to be the same as it always was.
Just don't mess the poor lad about!

We've all been there, and while the advice is perfect, It's incredibly difficult to do.Jillwilson wrote:No your right I'll do it tonight hope there's no-one in though.
This topic probably makes me sound awful but I'm not I promise lol just in a dilema.
Thankyou though guys.

I'd rather get dumped than dump that's for sure, it's much harder.
Good luck, for the night it will be pretty bad but you'll certainly feel a lot better than the guilt you'd feel if you messed with him so you're definately doing the right thing.
Fair play!
