Who modded this polo?

I've looked @ the Dahlback racing site and they don't seem to show much about it...

I'm interested in getting the guy that did THAT to make another set of panels for the wheel arches and ship them to me

remember that the dahlback polo has been almost completely rebuilt and that the stock components are likely to fail or work very badly if you run your wheels that wide. IMO not a good idea.
