Replacement carb for an early 1043cc?

Post by omicron »

The carb on my Mk2's seen better days, by a long way. It's a Solex unit, if that helps at all. Can anyone recommend a replacement?

That's what I'm thinking, but is there a specific suitable model? Don't think this 36 DGAV I've got around off one of the kit cars is really suitable
