turbo..

Post by morudy »

hi all i have been looking into more power options for my 1.4 8V. Engine conversion was one of them and wel the VR6 looks point less infront of a 1.8T. I spoke to a mate and got a number of a garage that do a turbo kit for the 1.4 8V!! i have to go and see him this weekend and have a good chat about it...performance figures etc but he said roughly £2500 for the kit fitted that includes 4-2-1 manifold, ECU and turbo not bad i think so will go down this weekend. Has anyone elce here herd of a turbo for a 1.4 8V?! :?:

A 4-2-1 exhaustmanufold AND a turbo? :? yeah right, never seen that before, probably the smallest turbo or weirdest exhaust manifold on earth

Here's a site with a Dutch turbo conversion for 1400 8V:

second from the top, for 1.4 and 1.6 8V (only MPI's)
