As most of you on here may know i had to have a new engine fitted to my Polo TDi 1.4 (6N2) due to a bronze bearing disintagrating and getting into the oil etc etc making abit of a mess to say the least, apparently there have been a few that have just packed in due to this Bronze Bearing, anyway as mine is the older Polo (6N2) VW didnt want to know but luckily for me i had Warranty cover so it was sorted and done asap, my 6N2 has now actually got a 9N TDi engine in it.

So anyway, sorry for the babbling on, i reckon you might get some responce from VW with it being a 9N (fairly new) if not and you need a new engine. try giving Bradgate Motors, Rotherham a ring on 01709 552855, they might be able to sort you out.

Hope this helps ?!?!?!?!?!

Just looking at this post, the title says blown turbo but the post actually reads the engine has blown ?!?!?!?!?

If its Just a Turbo you need, give Bradgate Motors a ring because the 9N engine fitted straight into mine but the Turbo wouldnt (different mounting points) so the Turbo went back, the Turbo cost me £150 and it only went back a couple of weeks ago so i bet they will still have it

Cheers Stuart
