Coilovers

'ola again!

Time for coilovers this month, but not sure what to get really....the choices are;

FK Highsport
Supersport
AK Supertech

I think I can afford the highsports...this maybe a stupid question, but do I need upto 800Kg, or from 801kg front axle load?! Kinda lost me on this one, as the other coilovers dont have this.

Thanks in advance, pay day's on Thursday and they're being fitted the following week if they arrive on time...along with my bushes and track rod.

Can anyone relate to any of these? I've heard FK are the best, and that the supersport ones are a very hard ride, but why should I get the highsports instead supersport/ak supertech?

alot of people do have FK...i think they're good!!!

I have FK's aswell they seem quite a good ride. Had mine since november and had no problems with them. There easy to fit aswell

Whats the front axle load all about?

That's on venom by the way, dont seem to have to sets everywhere else...is this in case I've got a VR6 dropped in or something?

Choice of upto 800kg or over 801kg...do I want the first ones? (under 800kg)

Havent got a clue about the weight bit i got mine from venom. They will sort you out with the right ones when you phone them.

Thanks everyone, not long ordered them!

Asked about the axle load, the the 801KG+ is for diesel engines!

Hopefully should arrive by Friday/Saturday, as when I rang they said they had them in stock!

Hmmm I might consider buying a set, but I don't think FK's are in my budget. What do you reckon are a good choice out of the AK Supertechs or the Supersports?

I was going to go for the Supertechs, but the bright yellow design was putting me off so I was heading towards the supersports.....have a look on the internet about them, they're supposed to be rock hard...you get what you pay for really.

FK make the AK's, so they'll be better quality then the supersports I reckon....but if you can manage it, get the highsports in my opinion...even thought hey aren't on yet
