Looks just like my GTi except without the erm, GTi badging, obviously. This is not a bad thing :wink:

No plans for a black alloy tdh instead of that lovely grey (VW?) plastic one? :)

well i wanted those BBS rims with black centre and silver polished lip, but cant find a set for a good price

it has been lowered but only 30mm, wud prefer a nice 50-60mm drop, but cant find any springsand shocks for a good price either

Actually by tdh I meant tax disk holder :wink:

As for the rims, yeah I want to do the same - there are some Golf Mk2 15" alloys on eBay at the moment in a black centre/polished rim finish, but to get the ones you have on now done, might be around £250-300?

ahh tax disk holder, thats a good idea, would tlike to get a black one, plus i was think of painting my centre mirror black aswell? or can u buy black ones?

redline - i've just fitted my german plates today and they look amazing, just waiting to get pulled by the cops for having them on :?

hmmm i was thinkin of spraying( or maybe re-clothing it) the back of the rear view mirror to black. . .What you peeps reckon? would it look good or naff?

I reckon the rear view mirror might look good in black. Looks a bit too obvious in the normal white/cream colour.

To be honest painting it might make it looka bit tacky, it might be about finding some nice Alacante leather like my Momo Gaitor and getting a pro to cover the back nicely.

I wouldnt trust myself doing it haha my textile skills are crap ! lol

Would you paint yours instead of covering it?
