Ok a little update for Jill lol

Spent 3, yes 3 hours there this morning/afternoon (thank god for solitaire on my PDA) and they found nothing - striped the whole door, took the glass out and they have had to rebook it for the 22nd.

Not only did they not solve it but they managed to break my electric window switches then tried to deny it and say the reason the buttons are not working all the time is because the motor stops its self from over heating ...blah blah...bull s**t so i have asked them to replace the switches as it was not like that when it came in.

The buttons are broken nothing to do with the motors

All of the above is free on warranty too :D

The rattle was caused by the seat belt tensioner which was loose!!!

They replaced the window switches they broke too.

Finally a rattle free car *touch wood*
