Post by niks »

hey guys im looking for an all round 50mm suspension kit.... has anyone come across one or knows of someone selling it..... i ve had a look and cant really find anything for this drop..... so i thought could i fit some uprated dampers.... i..e. polo Gti ones and then put 50mm springs on like eibach ones???

any advice would be helpful

You could just about get away with a 50mm drop on your standard polo shocks, it will look great but don't expect to be racing around and hugging corners etc, the standard shocks have a little bit too much give for that
ideally if you want the handling to match the lower looks then looks towards a coil-over set.
just don't buy anything spax!

yeah they are abit pricey aren't they!
im currently running on 16's with 195,45,16 tyres and a -75mm drop

i'd personally go for the -50mm Eibach springs and leave your standard shocks.
