FILLER FLAP REMOVAL * URGENT *

I desperatley need help please.

Does anyone know how to get a fuel liller flap off a polo gti 6n2 ?

I am getting my car sprayed and i get alot of money knocked off if i remove the parts for the guy myself but i just need to get the filler flap off. I am scared i will pull at it and break it.

ANY HELP APPRECIATED
