strange noise

i know i don't understand why i want it lowered again :D it's been raised but the reason i got the coilies is so i could slam it without problems how can i get around this ? :?

Well...

You could get someone to fabricate a custom anti roll bar for you, that makes room for the drop. Also, I've heard of people shaving down their drive shafts to reduce the grinding. Can't really advise this though!

when i get the chance i'm going to see the lads at JBS again and see if we can lower it to see if it makes the noise again, the geomatry was all wrong on the car and the drivers side was lowere than the passengers side maybe thats why it was catching on one side and not the other?

I think i'm barking up the wrong tree but i had the same sort of noise on my polo it was a nut missing from the engine bottom cover maybe an idea?

Jbs test drove it and he showed me where the anti roll bar had been touching the bottom, since it's been raised it's not making any noises the joys of moddifying.... :D
