another alloy queation...

Post by Big Nick »

I thought i had decided on ats cup's for my polo, but a quick search on ebay has got me thinking, should I go for bbs split rim? maybe a ronal turbo? or the ats?
What do you guys think looks best on a 6n, and also I know I need 195/45/15, but which brand? I want good grip in wet and dry, but not so much grip they only last 2000 (but with my driving  )

ronal turbos, well they look nice when slammed, but in my opinion i think they are a bit too common now and have past its sell by date  but they still look pimp :P

BBS or ATS cups, hmm well it all depends upon what your car looks like at the moment i think? u got any pics?

Tyres, Goodyear, Toyos, Contis are all good, if you dont have much to spend id also recommend Falken ZE-512s. Ive got some a few weeks ago and they have fairly good grip and i have heard about their very low thread wear from others too. They aint the best, but personally they are not bad at all.

I like the Ronals myself. But the car has to suit it - you can't just put them on and expect it to be bling - it needs to have the right tyres, and the right amount of lowering. get that right and the ronals are superb.
