GTI honeycome grille

My current bonnet has a curved recess for the badge on my current grille. SO.....my question is when you retro fit the GTI grill how do u fill that curve so that it sits flush with the rest of the bonnet?

Badge is same size on GTi grille.

Yep its a striaght swap non-honeycomb-->honeycomb

VW badge does not move, so the cut out in bonnet will be correct for it

If your talking about loosing the badge all together, you can get aftermarket grilles that also fill the void or have it filled and painted
