16v 6n - 6n2 front end

Post by Alex_6n2 »

Ok im still on the hunt for a new splitter and its now more serious than ever as ive had my current on taken off (it was knackered, and also makes me get my arse in gear)

i really want the rieger infinity one from

http://www.uk192.com/shops/riegeruk/pro ... at=80&pg=2

the 90mm on there is the one i need to make everything level height wise but it says its for 16v 6N modles only

how much work will be needed, modification wise, to make it fit my 6N2, cant imagine the dimensions are too different?

or am i best to just go for the 6N2 one and try and mod that instead?

i had the rieger infinity one for 6n2 and it goes down pretty low mate to be honest, i smashed mine up within a week, beware of ALL pot holes and slightly raised drives. went for the gti splitter after that

i wud say it was extremly low, hence smashed when hittin pot hole. fitting is not to bad, u gonna need to drill holes and screws to keep it attached, but apart from that it just slots into place. gti splitter u dont even need 1 screw, it fits real secure but u have to strech it all the way round.

nah s**t spax rsx coil-overs AVOID AT ALL COSTS! though they might be better since they changed the gas that they use to Krypton (apparently its much softer and less dense)
