Euro Vents, Flaired Arches

Euro vents, or just vents on the wings at the front, look well nice any ideas on how to do em,? and also getting ur arches flaired how much ruffly?

on a mk4 16valver

there's two types of wing vents really, the weld in type - bout £30 from venom and there's the pressed type where you can either send the wing off to somewhere like cool louvres and they'll punch the vent(s) in and you get it re-painted or some companys do pre-pressed wings off the shelf...

same thing for the bonnet really... prices will mainly depend on how much you're willing to pay to get them painted again...

as for getting arches flared i think you start talking big money...

do a google search on the above and ring round some local bodyshops out of yell.com to get an accurate idea of price!

I agree with Icey on this one....flared arches require a lot of work and therefore a lot of labour. Also any garage that quotes a very low price compared to the rest will most likely be the worst option to go with...

let us know what quotes you get
