it's just got three little clips that you just push inwards slightly to release the badge and the new one just clicks straight in.

Cheers mate, Tom MK5 hooked me up with the instructions, all sorted and fitted now, looks pretty phat. I'll get some pics at the weekend once she's been cleaned.

I believe VAGParts do them........... Can't remeber how much but i asked a while back cos i was toying with getting some but decided that i didn't like them on the Silver cars.....

Waiting for my silver 'Wolfsburg Edition' badges to arrive to fit on the wings / bootdoor. :D :D :D

Cheers

Dave.

VAG Parts, £16.74 to your door (or mine was anyway) looks good on the front (being a black grille) not sure what a black one would look like on the back of a silver car though.

Black rear badge probably wouldn't suit a silver car no, so it's a good thing mine's black 8)

Basically I want to black all the badging like the old Golf mk3s, and then get a set of g60 steels (powdercoated black) whilst my alloys are being refurbed and go a bit stealth

There are still a few black badges for sale on ebay would need to check if any of them for the rear or just on grill for front.
