Exhausts - Recommendation?

Post by mysteryboy »

I've been window shoping for exhausts today just to find out the prices!
One place the guy said he wouldn't recomment twin tailpipe one because it wouldn't sound good & said one is enough.

Anyways.... What exhaust you guys recommend & have any links to websites where I can get one.

Thanks!

I like Supersprint Exhausts. They sound deep but not super loud. I absolutely despise exhausts that make your car sound like your doing 85mph when your just hitting 30mph on your clock. lol

mine was deep...really deep. It was all fine and well for cruising around town but driving 40 miles on dual carriageway every day pushed me over the edge

Yeah Id prefer twin tailpipe exhaust... (3" twin?or go smaller?)
I dont really pay attention to what the guy at the exhaust place said about it not sounding so good, even tho he has my 2 mates convinced not to go for it (muppets believe anything) anyways.... everyone seems to recommend I pay GERMAN N SWEDISH a visit....

Anyone know how much fitting the exhaust will be (labour costs)..?

Thanks!!

rage are exhausts you'll see advertised in places like maxpower.

fitting cost will depend on if its a direct replacement or a universal, e.g. i dont think you'll get a direct fit rage as they make alot of universal so would require pipe bending etc to get it to line up = alot more cost. Direct replacements can be done yourself, very easy.

Hella ones dude, you can get some similar from venom motorsport...

I've PM'd Hanson about his lights before, I found them for £110...but lost the address, but venom do some really dark ones for the same price.

The Hella ones took a while on google to find!
